It's time to start a new site that helps IT professional and PC enthusiasts solve PC problems.

I've always been very good at solving problems. I started interested in the computers back in the early '80, with Apple IIs, Commadores and TI 99 computers. In those good old days, computers are not compatible, there were no networks. We used audio tapes to store programs. Computer viruses were not known to most people. big floppy discs drives costs several hundres of dollars. Computers don't even display color images.

I've started to write simple programs in high school, studied programming and computer engineering in college, I've developed e-commerce web sites, set up network infrastructures, supported both Macintosh and PCs for many years. I love the technology industry. Like many people in the IT industry, I became the go-to guy when it comes to technical problems among family and friends. I often could solve their computer problems within minutes.

What I've discovered was the infamous "80/20" rule. 80% of the time people come to me with really simple problems. So my focus for this web site is to serve the 80% of the people with the simple problems and they also want to be able to solve the problem themselves.
