December 19, 2013  Security Suite

Cookies enabled by browsers may not only bring targeted advertising to online searches, but also may be used by the National Security Agency (NSA) to track specific suspects, reports The Washington Post®.

How the NSA gets access to a browser’s cookie information remains unknown, as does any details on specific surveillance operations.
