Potential threat of attack through PDF document
Belgian researcher Dider Stevens warned last week about problems with PDF documents, through which it’s simple to get the user to activate any kind code inserted in the document. Once the document is opened, a dialog window opens, opting whether the code should be activated or not. Stevens pointed out that the window itself is relatively easy to modify, thus through social engineering forces the user to allow the activation of the code.
