How Do I Download Free Home Design Software
If you plan on building, remodeling, or redesigning a house or apartment you might have an idea on how you want the interior to look like. Sometimes, however, you may not be able to imagine all the possibilities. There are a variety of home interior design software available and in this article you will learn how to get a free application, Sweet Home 3D©. This software enables you to change textures and colors, draw walls, and add furniture, windows, etc. You can see the plan in both 2D and 3D visualizations, print it, and export in OBJ file format…perfect for designing a floor plan for your new home interior.
Instructions for downloading and installation:
- Open your Internet browser and go to the Sweet Home 3D© download page.
- In the “Download Sweet Home 3D installer” section, select your operating system and click on the link for it.
- Save the installation file to your hard drive.
- Locate the downloaded file and run the installer (double click the file). If your operating system asks you for confirmation click the “Run” button.
- Select your language and click on the “OK” button.
- Click on the “Next” button in the Welcome window.
- Read the “License Agreement” and select the “I accept the agreement” radio button. Click on the “Next” button.
- Now you can specify the installation path click on the “Next” button. Then, specify the start menu folder and click on the “Next” button twice.
- Finally, click on the “Install” button.
- Once the process has finished, click on the “Finish” button.
- The Sweet Home 3D© software has been installed; enjoy designing your new home interior!
